Q- How do I get my car insured and what documents do I need to submit for getting my car insurance?
A- We provide a hassle free service to our clients. All that is required is to fill out the application form, which can be found in the “Application Forms” section on the “Customer Service” page, or can be picked up from any of our branches. In addition to the filled out application form, a copy of your driving license, car registration (Istimara), as well as a copy of your National ID or Iqama (for non-Saudis).
Q- Can I get my home and valuables insured?
A- Yes you can, our home owner policy insures your house as well as your valuable. For further details, please call us or visit our office.
Q- If I am travelling along with my family outside of the Kingdom, is there a travel insurance policy that covers me and my family for the duration of my vacation?
A- Yes, at Wala’a we offer all types of insurance policies to cater to the need of our clients, and travel insurance is one of them.
Q- Is Personal Accident Insurance offered at Wala’a?
A- Yes, we offer Personal Accident insurance, which is comprehensive enough to cater for your family needs in case of accidental injury and death, God forbid.
Q- If I am relocating and need to transport my valuables and home furniture from one city to another within the Kingdom, is there any insurance policy to cover these items during transit?
A- Yes, our Marine Insurance (land transit policy) covers the transportation of goods by road against loss or damage during the transit.
