Contractors All Risk (CAR) / Erection All Risk (EAR)

This policy provides coverage for construction and erection projects against all material damage unless some eventualities are expressly excluded. Third party liability in connection with the projects for both property as well as bodily injury is also covered as an extension under these policies.

Contractors Plant & Machinery Insurance (CPM)

This policy provides coverage for total loss, partial loss, or damage to machinery and equipment used in construction and erection projects.

Machinery Breakdown Insurance (MBD)

This policy provides coverage for mechanical breakdown of machinery used in industries, but excludes all perils covered separately under Fire and Allied Perils Insurance.

Deterioration of stock following MBD Insurance

This policy provides coverage for the loss or damage of stock resulting from progressive deterioration due to equipment failure and defect as defined in the insurance policy, provided that the proximate cause i.e. machinery malfunction or damage is covered under the MBD policy.

Electronic Equipment Insurance (EEI)

This policy provides coverage for all electronic devices and equipment including computers, data processing systems, communication and electronic devices, against all risks unless some risks are expressly excluded under the policy.

Industrial All Risk Insurance (IAR)

This policy provides coverage to large industrial risks for material damage and business interruption, provided that business interruption is due to peril covered.

Machinery All Risks Insurance (MAR)

This policy is an All Risk insurance policy combining the coverage provided under MBD and Fire & Allied Perils policy for machinery.
